From 1986 onwards, I started playing video games like platformers, Wonder Boy (by Escape) and others. With these games, a 10-year-old felt and lived the possibility of flying, a reality not exclusive for superheroes anymore. So my first nickname was the boy that could fly... FlyBoy. Yeah, that happens when you are an Hispanic guy that doesn't even know what a language is, let aside that there are more than one. Needless to say... I learnt the lesson and promptly changed that name two decades later... for something more inspiring. So I wanted something along the lines of 'soar through the skies' or 'fly across the sky'... finally deciding on 'zurcacielos'. Then a decade later I realized that 'zurcar' in Spanish is actually written 'surcar' (to soar through/to plow/to sail), with an 's'. But whatever, it's too late, and by keeping it I secure not making another mistake. Here in sTUPIDITY.wORKS I invite you to participate in many projects, inviting stupidity into your life, giving it a second chance to surprise you. Check the projects and pick your rabbit hole.
